No, it’s not yet available…. but according to evasion blog it will support current ios release. So is it good news? Not very as Saurik (creator of cydia) did not posted any info about his support. And without cydia jailbreak is useless (except ability to install unsigned ipa’s). Also the only device still vulnerable to limera1n exploit is iphone 4. From the other side, looking at v7 features question is – do we really need jailbreak?
